Emmy Squared Pizza: Queen Village

Yoooo, I was so blown away by the food. I had the lg plain pizza and mozzarella. They were amazing. I'm very impressed with the style, quality and taste. The vibe was awesome, with it's unique one of a kind style. Our waitress Dot was hard working, promt and very pleasant. She gave us recommendations we got em and loved them. This is our new goto spot!

I just threw an engagement party on the roof of Emmy Squared and it is truly a hidden gem in the city for a party venue! The staff- especially Rick was so helpful and made sure the party ran smoothly! We had great catered food all night and Sam the bartender made delicious drinks! I highly recommend!!

Amazing place, great pizza, my party raved about the cocktails. Also not overly expensive for what it is. I’d highly recommend to anyone that wants to sit down and have a pie. Service was also great even though the place was packed, I was really impressed.

Great Detroit-style pizza (super fluff crust) with so many customizable options. The VIP was amazing and I was able to get it without sesame—I think they’re generally pretty accommodating with topping preferences. My only qualm was that the pizza was a bit greasy so it left me with a heavy feeling. Our server was so nice, the service was great. The rooftop was my favorite part, it added so much to the experience. The elevator up was a bit scary so maybe take the stairs. I would recommend making a reservation, there were a good amount of people there.

We decided to try this spot in person after falling in love with the Ezzo pizza through DoorDash! We booked through OpenTable and were happy to be seated on the rooftop as requested—the views are amazing. Our server, Nathanial, was great, both friendly and helpful with recommendations, but we came for the Ezzo pizza (pepperoni, pickled jalapeños, and hot honey drizzle). It did not disappoint, absolutely delicious! We also tried the Kim Chi’s Daeji Bulgogi Fries. Honestly, not my favorite. The beef was way too salty, and the dish could’ve used more of the miso queso and kimchi to balance it out. Definitely a cool summer special with lots of potential, though. Bonus points to the staff, we accidentally left our credit card behind, and retrieving it was no problem at all. Super kind of them!

Emmy Squared has great pizza, chicken sandwiches, salads and cocktails. The pizza is not like any other in the area. It is Detroit style. Thicccccc + Square. I normally get takeout but this was my first time eating in. We sat in the front cocktail bar area. Our service was great. On a Saturday night we didnt need a reservation (that may not be the case when the weather is nicer and people are out and about). The pizza is great -> quick plug for the spicy chicken sandwich. It. Is. Spicy. Sometimes you need a forehead sweat when eating. It is good, but it is hot. Also the salads I have gotten have all been good, they are definitely a side for me, I wouldn't get it as my meal.
